Buying Tickets

To buy tickets click or tap on these links Festival events & tickets and other events & tickets and then on the individual event(s).

All on-line ticket purchases are subject to a booking fee of £2 per transaction plus £0.50 per ticket.

A limit of 6 tickets applies per transaction.

Tickets for multiple events bought in one transaction will all appear on the one on-line ticket receipt. You may wish to make separate purchases for separate events if that does not suit you.

All payments are handled for us by PayPal. You can pay by credit or debit card or as before direct through PayPal either via a PayPal account or as a guest.

If you pay as a PayPal Guest you DO NOT require a PayPal account.  Should you wish to pay as a guest  you can do so by clicking the white button at the bottom of the PayPal Login Page labelled “Pay by Credit or Debit Card.

However you pay for your tickets you should receive two e-mails confirming your purchase, the first from PayPal, and the second from our Box Office system with a link to your ticket receipt. They will be sent and should be received virtually simultaneously.

You may either print the ticket receipt and bring it with you to your event(s) or show it on your smart phone to gain admission.

Non receipt of Box Office e-mail with ticket receipt link.

If you do not receive our box office e-mail you will not be able access your on-line ticket receipt or gain admisison to your event. The e-mail should arrive within a few minutes of completing your purchase so please check your junk and spam folders on your devices and webmail us if it doesn’t and e-mail us within 24 hours of purchase at boxoffice@stgeorgesarts.co.uk  Please Include your contact telephone number in your e-mail so that we can contact you by phone should e-mail fail.

Checking safe receipt and advising us of non receipt at an early time will prevent unnecessary and avoidable stress and work for you and us and perhaps even panic on the day of your event.

Please note that some e-mail providers’ servers empty junk and spam folders quite soon after delivery of e-mail and that we cannot guarantee to resolve an issue revolving around non-receipt of a ticket link on the day of an event.

Please read Note 1 below if you have a Free e-mail account.

 Please note that:

1) The following free e-mail providers in particular Hotmail, Outlook, Live, MSN and Yahoo sometimes block our Box Office e-mails with the link(s) to your on-line ticket receipt. If you use one of those providers and have an alternative e-mail account with another provider we recommend using that address for purchasing your tickets. Whether you do so is obviously a matter of perosnal choice and not mandatory but it can and does avoid problems.

2) A No Returns Ticket Policy applies in ALL circumstances

3) We regret that bookings cannot be made by phone

4) The on-line Box Office usually closes 8 hours but at least 5 hours before each event.

5) Unless otherwise stated all events are held in St George’s church, High St. Beckenham BR3 1AX
