Arts at St George’s reserves the right to cancel and refund any individual transactions made for more than 6 tickets whether for a single or multiple events and / or any excess tickets above the 6 ticket limit.

Following a recent update to our box office system it appears that there may be a glitch in the software causing some purchases attempted by mobile phone using some cards to display a message such as “Your Credit Card is not US Verified” meaning that payment cannot be made.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and are working with our developer to rectify the problem.
If you receive such a message please attempt your purchase using another device, if you have one, and / or a different card. If that fails, then e-mail us at boxoffice@stgeorgesarts.co.uk so we can try to assist you.
Immediately following your purchase you should receive 2 e-mails almost simultaneously, the first from PayPal and the second from our Box Office containing a link to your ticket receipt. If you do not receive the Box Office e-mail please check the spam and junk folders on your device and in your webmail and notify us via boxoffice@stgeorgesarts.co.uk within 24 hours of making your purchase. This will enable us to resolve any issue at an early time and avoid any last minute panic close to or on the day. We cannot guarantee to resolve a issue revolving around non-receipt of a ticket link on the day of an event.
