Artist Information

The Thin White Duke

The Thin White Duke are an authentic 6 piece David Bowie Tribute Band playing in the South of England. Formed over a decade ago they have become a favourite on the tribute scene and the current line up is the strongest yet.

Their name is taken from David Bowie’s 1976 persona and character, primarily identified with his album ‘Station to Station’ (released that year), and mentioned by name in the title track. The bands typical 2 x 60 minute sets lovingly recreate Bowie’s classics from ‘Heroes’ to ‘Lets Dance’ and everything in between plus a few oddities!

Each track is carefully constructed to mirror the original ‘Bowie sound’ as closely as possible and the 30 + song set is guaranteed to get any venue rocking.

Bowie fans looking for the authentic tribute to the ‘Main Man’ need look no further than the ‘Thin White Duke’.
